Here's the actual flow: select your product category, choose the specific model, pick your size (US, EU, or CM), add your country and any notes, then tap the green button. Your WhatsApp opens with a pre-formatted message already written. The seller reads it, confirms stock, and sends QC photos — usually within a few hours.
Most sellers respond fastest between 8am–10pm Beijing time (UTC+8). If you're ordering from Latin America, that's roughly 7pm–9am Lima time. Send your order before you sleep and QC photos are usually waiting when you wake up.

They'll reply with QC photos of the actual item before you pay — this is standard practice with all verified sellers in our spreadsheet. Review the photos carefully. If everything looks good, confirm and they'll share payment details. Don't pay until you've seen and approved QC photos.
Yes. Add each item separately using the "Add Another Item" option and they'll all be included in one WhatsApp message. Ordering multiple items together can also save on shipping — most sellers ship combos for a flat rate rather than charging per item.
Use the "Other / paste Yupoo link" option and paste the specific album URL from the seller's Yupoo page. The seller will identify the product from the link. This covers the thousands of items that aren't in our preset catalog.
