How do I place an order?
Browse the product catalog, click a Yupoo album to see current stock, then use the WhatsApp Order button. Your message is pre-filled — the seller replies with QC photos within 24 hours.
A seller is not responding. What do I do?
Sellers respond fastest 8am–10pm Beijing time (UTC+8). If no response after 48 hours, contact us via WhatsApp with the seller name and we will help find an alternative from our verified list.
Can I suggest a seller to add to the spreadsheet?
Yes. Send us the seller Yupoo album link and at least 2–3 QC photos from your own orders. We verify independently before listing. Contact us via WhatsApp with the details.
I have a problem with an order. Can you help?
We can help mediate and advise. We do not process payments or handle logistics directly. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order details, payment proof, and QC photos.
